Who
The Reid Consulting Services, Inc. (RCS) Group has over 75 years cumulative Club and hospitality management experience. We are all current or former Club people who have served in a variety of management roles and possess a keen understanding of all facets of club management and development.
Since our inception, RCS has been engaged by OB Sports Golf Management, The Discovery Land Company, DMB, The Lyle Anderson Company and more than 50 notable private and public country clubs to provide a wide range of services. RCS has quickly become the go-to company for Club Operations management due to our ability to balance the delicate relationship between membership/customer satisfaction and financial targets.
What
We offer hospitality consulting for public and private clubs of all types by fusing modern management practices with the traditions of a Club. RCS is most often called upon to conduct facility audits, organizational restructuring, turnaround management, strategic planning, training, executive recruitment, and membership surveys.
When
RCS was founded in 2000 by Whitney Reid after a successful career as a manager with leading hotels, resorts, country clubs, and golf management companies. Prior to forming RCS, Ms. Reid held top management positions with Marriott, The Desert Mountain Club and Troon Golf.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, RCS provides golf, yacht, tennis and country club consulting and management services worldwide.
Why
Ms. Reid founded RCS after discovering her true passion while working with Troon Golf in a corporate capacity. At the time she was as part of the management transition team, a service trainer and food and beverage troubleshooter, while upholding a regional management position. It was during this time that Ms. Reid determined that helping others realize their potential and providing action plans for success were her true calling in hospitality. This is ingrained in the mission of RCS today and each associate shares these intrinsic values.
