Self-Starter Reopening Guidebook and Checklist

The guidebook and checklist we've created uses guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and the National Restaurant Association along with industry associations recommendations. It is meant to prompt thoughts and questions about how operations will change to guide managers through a critical thinking exercise from protocol changes to communications, to training needs.
